I didnt like this one

I dont like this one at all. The man talks too fast and talks too close to the mic at times. His voice is not relaxing. I dont like the part when he says to imagine someone you know who is overweight and makes bad choices and the think how you dont want to be like that person...There are better weight loss hypnotherapy apps out there.
